It was a good location next to the metro and had pleasant staff. My children (2 boys) were made to feel very comfortable by a waitress named Susma during evening meals. She was very helpful to my vegetarian diet and went above and beyond at meal times. Hint; evening meal is much better than you'd expect of premier inn in the UK, so it's worth considering that when booking the hotel.

Breakfast was top notch and everything was perfect they provided us iron and iron board free of cost and never asked for return until I give them back on my own

great location next to large mall, metro station and bus station. no need for buffet hotel breakfast when you have a large food court in the mall which is easily accessible but it opens at 10am! swimming pool, gym and room as to be expected from Premier Inn hotel. Best feature was the staff: happy and so helpful. Changed towels when asking to make room up and gave new bottles of water each time. Excellent wifi connection and strength.

Room was great (view, facilities, comfort). Staff were most cooperative. Cleaning services were very good. Despite hotel location is a bit far from Dubai center the Metro station opposite to hotel provided excellent option to reach most places in Dubai. Hotel is connected with special path to Ibn Battuta mall (which has good options for food and shopping). I have to say that I spent 23 good days at Premiere Inn. Breakfast at hotel was good with good selection of food and drinks.

Hotel is placed right next to the mall and has its own entrance into it, so you don't need to go out for a shopping or to have a lunch there. Internal parking has lots of spaces and shades cars from the sun. Room was quite spaceous and has USB socket to charge your wearables in case you forgot your charger at home but have the cable.

Room was big and beautiful. Very clean! There was nice coffee and tea in the room. Personal was very friendly and professional!! Breakfast was very nice and provided everything you can desire and also the restaurant was ok for small meals and in the evening there was also a very tasty buffet! There was also a beautiful pool and a small but nice gym. Another thing which was very practical was, that you had direct entrance to the mall!

Very good hotel for the money you pay. Very good heated pool and jacuzzi which is very important when visiting Dubai in early January. Spacious renovated room and spacious renovated bathroom. Consistent cleanliness, very good breakfast Terrible location right next to the Ibn Batuta metro station and the mall which the hotel communicates internally with a closed bridge
